The trick is to figure out how this make has anything to do with Hallowe'en!
Having signed up to the very exciting 12 Days: A Copy + Paste Project created and masterminded by the lovely Julie and Kirsty, my first assignment was to make a Trick. It's all part of their Copy + Paste Hallowe'en blog party taking place on Sat 31 Oct, obviously!
So, I've made Hallowe'en bunting. I've never been very into spookiness but I am very into bunting. And making use of what I already have where possible. So, I cut triangles from orange, purple and black felt using pinking shears, stamped on them with a pretty (I know, not a word usually associated with this dark festival) paisley stamp from Papermania, and sewed them together with a piece of purple gingham ribbon. It's tricky (gettit?!) to see but the black bunt (is that the singular for a piece of bunting?) is stamped with red ink. I used black on the others.
I hope it pretties up the Blog Party and I won't be offended if you hang it in the loo, ladies!

Love your cool bunting!! I'm doing the Trick or Treat party too and have also played with felt... do check out my post as I've given you a mention ;o) {thanks for inspiring me!}
Have fun today!

Very cute. Also think you should tell the Oxford English Dictionary about bunt. If it's not in there, it definitely should be!

At least you're going to have the prettiest smallest room in your street!
Love your bunt!
Thanks for playing :)

As if we'd do any such thing! You can never have too much bunt, as far as I'm concerned, which makes it as prettily perfect for Halloween as for any other time of year. :)
Thanks for joining in.

Hello Fellow Party Person!
Love the bunting! I was thinking of adding some to the study and the stamping idea rocks - I'm always up for trying to use what I have in new ways too! x

Thanks for your comment - your bunting is very pretty (not the right word actually, it's cooler than just pretty). Do you think there's a word for us? Buntophiles? Buntiacs? Buntabulous?
