I've been dropping hints about it, the Indie Biz button on the left is a bit of a giveaway, so yes indeed reader, I am inching my way towards selling my handmade goodies! As well as selling new handmade pieces I will also offer a bespoke service where I remake your children's (or your) old clothes into something new for you to use or display for ever more.
Here's a little peek at the future to whet your appetite…

Oooh, I love all these sneak peeks.. I'm just awestruck at your creativity and skill in turning pretty clothes into beautiful bags and buntings! I especially adore the pink bag and how you turned the detail on the front into a pocket.
Perhaps you could sell tutorials or patterns.. or do an online class at some point when you're ready for that sort of thing?

Sarah, your support is just wonderful, thank you!
I've no plans at the mo to go down the tutorial route as I'm enjoying sewing myself so much. I'm planning on spreading the word that I am offering a bespoke service for anyone who would like their or their children's clothes to be remade into something that they can display or use or give as a present. Instead of keeping clothes you feel sentimental about to collect dust in a drawer, wouldn't it be better to have them made into something you can see or use every day?
So, if you know of anyone with such a stash, you know which direction to point them in! ;)

I love this concept. I am an upcycler of clothes too (just made my son a hat out of one of my husband's old suit jackets). Can't wait to see more!
