I don't know about where you live but round about these parts it's been so grey and gloomy and drizzly and miserable-looking this week. So I was delighted when Kirsty challenged me with a very cheerful, pretty image for this week's palette pingpong. To see the piccie which this post is based on pootle on over to Kirsty's blog, ginger and george.
So, here is the delightful palette I took from the photo…
And what has this inspired me to create, I hear you ponder? Well, sticking with the theme of dull days and feeling the need for a few rays of sunshine, I created this poster for you to download and print…
It's a great quote that my mum brought to my attention and it's so true. Some days it feels like the sun is never going to shine and the drizzle will never let up. But then you see a rainbow and somehow the rain doesn't feel so damp and drenching any more. As you can tell by a lot of the products I design I'm a fan of rainbows, they're a little weather miracle and never fail to cheer me up. So next time you're having a blue day, just remember that it won't be long before it changes to the full colour spectrum.
You can download this A4 size poster, print it out and put it up to give you a lift whenever you need it. Just click on this link:
As always with my free printables, if you want to tell other people about them please link to the post, not just the download, and all my free downloads are for personal, not commercial, use.
